Diagnosed with an Apartment Complex
News? =Just opening/Still Modifying =Plot Planning =Advertising =Looking for a Partner to Share the Burdens.	ABOUT: HUMAN RP ONLY. No magical crap. One night, in 1940, a dark mist fell upon the city, and never left. After the great depression, skyscrapers shot up, and millions of people flooded into the city. Each of them had a vision they wished to fulfill in the promising landscape of modern buildings and bright fire hydrants. The city itself knew best of all however. The mist never left, and foreshadowed the darkness ahead. The children of the children of the newcomers were an entirely different generation. They were broken, depressed, saddened because the light of the sun never showed, they were children of the mist. The shiny new red phone booths went grey, and the taxis carried those with more on their shoulders then the building's frames that they drove past. Each citizen of this city had an addiction, an immoral profession, or a home in a box. In 2008, it didn't stop, and this city that was once a beacon of hope, became the darkest inner city you ever knew.</font>	Current... =Winter =December 18, 2007 Snowing madly, but it feels like rain because the snow melts before even hitting the tops of some buildings. Slush is about from a recent snowstorms. Schools are OPEN.

City Just Opened
Welcome, to the newly opened city, loosely referred to as the Inner City. There is no name. Most citizens feel none is needed.

All schools have opened from being closed monday, due to the recent blizzard.

All Positions are open for cannon characters.

Main Street
	Grocer A small grocery that gets its food from the suburban supermarkets. Most of the food here is nearing it's expiration date, which is why it doesn't get much business. If it does, the shoppers are usually regulars. [[now hiring]] Moderator: r.egina	0	0
	Thrift Store A small thrift store containing thousands of clothing pieces, quite popular to hookers, and teenagers. There is men's clothes here as well, but you might not want to wear that much leather... For more decent clothes, most people just shop at the OTHER thrift store. 	Goodwill The high class place to buy clothes. (I know, right?) If you are anyone, then you get all your clothes here. [[now hiring]] Moderator: r.egina	0	0
	Encore A tidy strip club with no windows, and neat table cloths. The owner's wife likes to make the place feel homey, while women dance around on poles for money. [[now hiring]] Moderator: r.egina	0	0
City School District
	PS. 33 Kindergarten through 8th grade. This school has 20 teachers, 4 for each subject. The last remaining extra course is gym. Music and art classes have been cut from lack of funding. Moderator: r.egina	0	0
